Becoming more corporate and less employee-oriented by the day.
Keeps making large company decisions, like bringing in contractors (from terrible contract companies that treat their employees like garbage), expanding to other countries so they can get cheap labor, and changing health benefits without any employee feedback. Not that they'd listen to the feedback anyways...
There seems to be a new executive every few months that does who-knows-what and gets paid 4x the average head engineer.
Keeps hiring management and higher-up engineers that try and change the once-good employee culture into something more stressful and fast-paced, and the company at large doesn't really care because hey, that makes them more money.
There's an all-around sense of dread and despair, at least in the engineering part of the company, and a lot of long-term employees have already jumped ship.
