I’m really disappointed that this is your experience, it’s clearly not what I intend for Paylocity, and definitely not for my own team. I see that this isn’t the first time you’ve posted based on what I’ve read earlier this year, which means your experience hasn’t improved. Believe me when I say that I appreciate you providing feedback via this forum; however, I also hope that you can be comfortable reaching out to me directly to address your concerns. My door is always open to you and everyone else because I believe in productive dialog and that all voices should be heard. Over the past couple of months I’ve spoken to everyone on the TA team either individually or in small groups to solicit feedback. It was these discussions that lead to recent changes in our incentive structure, workload distribution, staffing levels and TA bi-weekly townhall agendas. I will reiterate what I’ve shared with my entire team on many occasions…if you have concerns and you don’t believe you’re able to be successful, I want to hear about it, and I want to help. Please reach out to me.
Regarding my leadership team...there’s no doubt that we believe employee referrals is a great way to find talented team members. In fact, we have approximately 30% of all PCTY hires to thank employees for referring. My team is no different and I’m proud that I’ve had 4 leaders who wanted to work with me again…which makes up about 1/3rd of my leadership team.
