Stupidly high turnover right now, support takes forever to respond to anything because they are not hiring enough to those teams which causes clients to become upset because issues take too long to resolve, no accountability, sales will promise things that the system can supposedly do when it can’t and no one is willing to admit when they are wrong. Worst of all, when I gave my two weeks to work for a rival company (my reasons for leaving were personal and had nothing to do with Paylocity and I made that VERY clear), people were mean and nasty to me. People I thought were my friends stopped talking to me. My manager wouldn’t even look at me or say hi. So the work place can be very toxic at times to say the least. If you want to work for a payroll provider, you’re better off looking somewhere else.
