When something is broken, and it is not ignored, we are told how its "being fixed" .... the fix will be a 2-5 year plan away but that only becomes clear when you continue to follow up on the issue.
If you are totally unaware of how a business should be run, you will do well here. You will probably get promoted actually, maybe even some day you will run the place.

Emails are not read here. Just pick up the phone, I honestly don't think anyone can read.
Don't have the bandwidth to perform your primary responsibilities? Don't worry, you'll get some special projects. And your manager will be sure to schedule some time on your calendar for a virtual party. And if you are really lucky, you'll get to work on Saturdays too!
And since we believe titles are meaningless and everyone has a voice, let me coach you on how you should talk to people on elevators and what you can and can't say to a superior.
I keep trying to post all the messed up things people say but it gets rejected so let me just sum it up with this: This company needs an education on the isms. and if isms bother you, I recommend you find a position elsewhere. If you find caring about isms (humanity) annoying, I recommend you apply, you'll be amongst friends.
