Terrible place to work. The bonus structure is unclear and largely left to management’s discretion. You can fill all assigned requisitions and still miss your bonus based on subjective criteria or additional checkboxes that aren’t consistently communicated. Leadership resists innovation, and there is pressure to hire unqualified candidates simply to meet quotas, often framed as “job security.” Attempts to improve processes or introduce new ideas are met with pushback, and employees may be labeled as “not a fit” for speaking up.
