Pros

Good work/life balance Great location from Ogilvie Good sized cubes

Cons

Would not pay for certifications Extremely tight with funds (could not even get a wireless mouse) Not very inclusive of acquired employees Office in desperate need of an update, felt/looked like nothing had been done since the 90s The siding to the cubes desktop was falling off. Some were tacked on with nails. The carpet was in dire need of replacing. Other than customer service center, the office was VERY quiet. Not much interaction.

Pros

Before they merged and it was called Omnisure Group & everything was sweet. The CEO rocked! Did your job. No micromanaging. The culture was amazing! Our lunches were amazing! Managememt was like family. Great bonuses and no one hovered over your shoulder & watched your ever move. Could grab a cup of coffee and use the restroom when needed. When it became Paylink Direct everything went down the drain.

Cons

Management was horrible! Rude! Favoritism! Adult day care. Had to ask permission to use the restroom. Always watching your every move. The job was easy and fun but when new management came in, they destroyed it all. Never have I worked for a company who treated you like a child.
