Pros

Supportive Culture & Team: Very collaborative environment. Teammates are willing to help share knowledge and support one another’s growth. Strong sense of purpose, many employees feel their work truly helps patients access needed medications. Leadership & Vision Transparent, communicative leadership that shares company goals and updates regularly. Senior management is accessible and receptive to feedback. Clear strategic direction, especially around specialty drug cost management and patient advocacy. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay relative to industry standards. Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, PTO, retirement matching, etc. Bonuses or incentives tied to performance and outcomes. Work-Life Balance & Flexibility Flexible schedules or remote work options. Reasonable workloads with realistic expectations — not always overburdened. Supportive of personal life needs and emergencies. Career Growth & Development Employees often feel they’re making a real difference in patients’ lives by helping them navigate complex specialty drug access. Strong alignment of company mission with daily operations.

Cons

Rapid Growth Challenges As the company scales, processes may lag behind, occasional bumps in coordination or communication. Some teams may feel under-resourced during growth spurts.

Pros

The company provides multiple incentives. They are very generous and show their appreciation for their employees. The work environment is very calm and productive. The Leads, Supervisors, and Managers are willing to help and are very supportive towards the RCCs. They want you to be independent and to develop skill sets to help grow in the company. The company is straight forward with their goals and objectives. Upper Management does their best to make it a stress-free environment. They will go above and beyond and strive to help get the job done. They are very strict with their core values and will stand by it. We do quarterly events and get to know our coworkers outside of work. It helps to socialize and get to know our team better, sort of like team building. They will find multiple solutions for one problem, and at least they try. PTO - 15 days total, accrue 4.62 hrs per pay period 3 Personal Days - 24hrs total Attendance - They are strict with Warnings and Write Ups, but if there are extenuating circumstances they will make an exception. Free Lunch every Friday Commission per month

Cons

The only cons I can provide are very trivial. For example, rumors and gossiping that have nothing to do with your workload and complaining about FREE lunch. Something of little importance that has nothing to do with the job at hand, could bring down a wonderful work environment. We're here to work, not socialize. We should be concerned about ourselves and our work, not others.
