Pros

-Very supportive, genuine, and caring managers. They were always supportive and offered ideas and suggestions during stressful times. Great communicators. -My coworkers were AWESOME! Always willing to go out of their way to help others in the department. We all worked well together. -Flexible. Fair approvals of PTO, flexibility to attend doctor appointments, etc.

Cons

-Lack of technology and innovative systems; everything is done manually using Excel spreadsheets. -"Traditional" company; very difficult to implement new processes, procedures, and cultural improvements that are attractive to millennial's. -Lack of integrity

From our President, Joe Beverly: Thank you for your comments and feedback. We agree that we have awesome employees and supportive managers. With our staff of dedicated programmers and IT support personnel we are constantly creating and improving technology and systems including our payroll and human resource management systems. Although we are never satisfied with the speed of improvement, we do constantly improve our systems and add features. We also implement and change processes and procedures on a continual basis. Unfortunately, the speed of those improvements is also something that takes time in order to make sure we do not have negative effects on our customers and employees. We have always been open to improvements that make our customers and employees happier. Since we try to make sure our services are priced competitively for our clients and we cannot print money like the U.S. Treasury can, we do have to prioritize improvements and spend on those that will provide the greatest return on investment. That means that we do sometimes have to delay some improvements and not do others at all. We wish that we could implement every positive change, but that is simply not always possible. We're exceptionally sorry that you feel that we have a "lack of integrity." We vehemently disagree. One definition of integrity by Webster's is, "adherence to a code of moral, artistic or other values." We do have a set of printed values placed on employees' desks which include "Honesty" among five other values. We would like to know of any specific examples where we have not acted with honesty. If you mean one of the other definitions of integrity, then we would be happy to discuss that further. Another one of our core values is "People Matter. Without employees, we have no business. Customers are people, not machines. We treat our customers and employees with honesty and respect." Since people are our primary asset, we absolutely do value them.

Pros

Remote and a few of the people there are amazing

Cons

Micro management at its worst! Hire you for one thing and switch and bate! Expected to make sales less than a month in with no training at all or showing how processes are done and how their sales cycle works as well as leads which none are given! How can you expect someone less than 30 days to start making sales of 10k +?
