Scam - Driver Payeload Employee Review

Flexibility, decent 10-99 pay, easy wins as a salesperson

Poor management, poor communication, poorly managed services, under staffed driver network

This company is by far the worst company i’ve ever been a contract worker for There are thousands of complaints style 5 years they have been up and running. The employees are shady and constantly talk bad about one another. This company sets all of the drivers up for failure! They do not pay the drivers correctly , the man that works there drunk calls drivers and coworkers nearly every single weekend. They fire their own employees because they are too smart for their own businesses mistakes that are being caught! This company is a clown show! Please ladies if you work here do not let them treat you less that what your worth. i will never work for such an illegal/non compliant place such as payeload again! They are too broke and too in dept to pay drivers on time which is why there are so many complaint’s regarding pay not being on time . All of the payeload trucks are currently beijing used driven on the road illegally loot them up on the DOT public website for yourself , the drivers that get pulled over are forgotten about for the simple fact there “contractors” they will never care! No matter if they have families or not they WILL SET YOU YP FOR FAILURE. Bobby the owner tried to make me put a driver in an CDL truck that was not licensed for it his excuse was “trial and error we won’t know until he gets pulled over” THE OWNERS words … i could go on and on but it’s best i don’t. So please for the last time … DONT WORK FOR THESE CONS!
