Pros
They greatly incentivize you to sell more, including contests, trips, and bonuses. They offer 20 vacation days a year and most Federal Holidays. Though it can be difficult to hit your goals if you are gone for more than a few day. The company is growing and there is a lot of opportunity for advancement.
Cons
If you are given a poor-performing territory, there are not a lot of resources given to you to help improve it. If you are selling outside of your assigned employee band, you will have to split deals with other sellers. The culture can be a bit broey. Health insurance is lack luster.
