Pros
Remote Work, some good coworkers (While they last) to work with and if you have a good manager it can really make your experience better.
Cons
Turnover is the absolute highest I have ever seen at a sales organization and in my past I worked at far less reputable companies. People seemingly leave this company every week and or someone is constantly on a performance plan. They give you about 6 months to sell and after that youre watching over your back. That part was understandable because you should sell sooner and the company is just losing money. Issue is the sale, coupled with building your book and getting buy in from brokers take half if not more of that time. In my time (1 year) I watched my entire time leave besides 1-2 people. Product is good but unfortunately in such an oversaturated market. Have to be lucky if your territory sells well and or youre not competing with one of the bigger companies every call. I think Paycor is a good company with a good product suite and a strong vision but the amount of change and instability in such a short time was alarming. Remote work is great and they give a very competitive base.
