      Pros

      The organization as a whole gives back to the community, provides a pleasant work environment, and strives to be a great place to work

      Cons

      The Technical Services area is in chaos. There is a compete lack of trust between the employees and management. We have been made many promises over the past several months, and none of them have been kept. We are overworked. There is very little work life balance. The VP of our department doesn't know the people who work for him, and doesn't care.

      Great work environment, some executive leadership is great, sales enablement is fantastic!

      Cons

      Having to split any deal over $40,000 with Enterprise Sales Executives and being capped at $75,000
