      1. Supportive working environment 2. Flexible scope and responsibilities 3. Attentive managers and CEO (Nigel) is very intuitive and receptive to feedback 4. The first successful startup that I've ever worked at that nailed company culture

      Cons

      1. Startup salary (which is understandable), but countered with performance-based promotion and salary increment

      Remote work - if that’s what you’re looking for, but is it worth the drama?

      Cons

      Company can just lay you off anytime, sometimes for a very personal reason, management is unprofessional, a lot of incompetent people inside that others need to take their responsibilities, politic there is unpleasant, biases, NOT RECOMMENDED

      - Dont have much politic - Fully WFH - You get the work life balance with the pay

      - Not getting proper appraisal each year - Pay is meh compare to other company
