      Pros

      Be weary of them overpaying to join a toxic culture.

      Cons

      You will get promised the world to only be cut when the shine wears off you. New hires are just shiny new toys to the CEO, eventually he gets tired of you. Notice how they took down the ability to leave a google review. - Do you really want to work for a company like this?

      Pros

      Health Insurance is free. It's is through a self managed plan giving the insurees to deal with a smaller not up to date technologically but free for employees health insurance through Blue Cross of FL.

      Cons

      Company doesn't need you. They have a system that works and prints money so unless your extra special you won't last. There is no need to grow the business from the owners perspective.
