Pros

I worked with other peers who were smart and kind. There’s a strong focus on execution which is critical for success at this stage.

Cons

There was a strong blame culture if anything went wrong. There are multiple people in leadership roles who have toxic and narcissistic tendencies. One leader I reported to lied to me on multiple occasions, and gaslit me to the point where I didn’t know what was true anymore. The things he said to me nearly broke my self-esteem. It suits his mantra: “perception is reality.” While he comes off as an empathetic and competent leader, I quickly learned he only cares about how others perceive his own success. I have never been so uninspired to build my career after seeing the type of person it takes to get to the top at this company.

Cons

Only con was remote work was not for me, it was tough to not be in person with the sales team but that is it.
