      Pros

      Very friendly people, good vibes at company, managers overall good. There was a trend of professional improvement

      Cons

      Most middle management were juniors that were promoted, far too full of themselves. Terrible at accepting suggestions for improvement, criticism. Extremely protective of own code.

      1. Incredible leadership: kind - inclusive - super talented - great vision/mission. 2. The company takes care of its employees: very competitive base salaries + Commissions + Equity + 401k + Health Insurance + 20 days of PTO. 3. Possibilities of travel. (Conferences, team meetings, sales kick-offs, etc.) 4. Possibilities of growth. (The company is in a stage of hypergrowth, about to open offices in different locations around the world. Lots of space for professional advancement.) 5. Fully Remote!

      Cons

      I can't think of any! However, if you are not used to working across timezones and with international teams, then it might take you a second to adjust to the pace! Get ready to wake up early and roll up your sleeves!
