      1. Incredible leadership: kind - inclusive - super talented - great vision/mission. 2. The company takes care of its employees: very competitive base salaries + Commissions + Equity + 401k + Health Insurance + 20 days of PTO. 3. Possibilities of travel. (Conferences, team meetings, sales kick-offs, etc.) 4. Possibilities of growth. (The company is in a stage of hypergrowth, about to open offices in different locations around the world. Lots of space for professional advancement.) 5. Fully Remote!

      Cons

      I can't think of any! However, if you are not used to working across timezones and with international teams, then it might take you a second to adjust to the pace! Get ready to wake up early and roll up your sleeves!

      Pros

      I'm enjoying the transparency from our leadership. Our sales team is very positive, collaborative, forward thinking, and our sales leaders genuinely care about our success. I can't say enough about the company as a whole because everyone is open and willing to help. Communication has been amazing.

      Cons

      You will find that change is imminent which is normal for a company this size. The leaders have communicated well so we've learned to accept and embrace the change.
