5yWe are sorry to hear that you feel your experience at PayByPhone hasn't been the best and appreciate you for voicing your concerns. This year we have focused our efforts on enhancing our leadership capability and providing our employees with the resources they need. We have invested in implementing new leadership development programs and new skills training courses and workshops in efforts to build strong leaders, and plan to continue the momentum we have going. We understand that there is still work to be done; however, we are happy with the progress we have made. We will continue to find creative ways to deliver on the goals we have set for ourselves.
