      Great Location; snacks; happy hours; beer on friday; ping pong etc. More importantly - lots of great people Lots of new folks - clearing up some of the "dead wood" so to speak New CEO making good advances

      Cons

      Not everyone who should have gone has left yet - still some dead wood to remove
