5yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience working at PayByPhone. We are sorry to hear that you do not recommend us as a place to work. Since 2016, we have grown substantially which stems from being able to use the latest in modern cloud-based technologies, something other players do not necessarily have in the current market. Along with the introduction of new technologies, we encourage all our PayByPhoners to collaborate and learn from each other; building stronger relationships and providing more opportunities to grow their skillset.
Over the past year, we have also introduced leadership development programs and skills training courses and workshops. We want to ensure we provide training resources and help our employees become exceptional leaders; however, transformation occurs in phases and takes time. We will continue to invest our efforts in making these improvements and are excited to see the direction we are headed in.
