As Pay1 is startup company. Great to work and learn business and all news stacks of technologies . Peoples are very helpful and cool culture in entire company to work. Good salary according to market on the basis of employee performance. Direct communication with superiors CTO and companies founder. Monthly parties and activities. They respect their valuable and old employees too.
Cons
No visionary is the base problem as other typical Indian startup market . Superiors not able to utilize there best and smart employees. Sometimes all the founder not able to take common decision which is not good for the company benefit.
