- Working with passionate, driven people in building a new financial future - Great remote culture of treating everyone well, respect for work-life balance and structuring work around async communication -Culture espoused (being an owner, shared commitment to excellence) are truly indicative of how behaviors are guided at Paxos - Financial stability

- Growing pains within the company of new senior leadership being brought in - Sometimes we defer to process over action / over-reliance on OKRs -Really wish we were more diverse
