      Nothing good I can think of.

      Cons

      After taking over for another company after 3 years systematically eliminated all current experienced inspectors to replace with noobs without per diem costs. Have done this over several states. Only concern is costs over quality.

      No micromanagment. Company continues to grow, providing more opportunities.

      Cons

      Communication could be better. Informed employees are less nervous and stressed about company status and direction.
