Members of management sometimes do not know how to run a business-- at times they can be rude (with employees and customers).
Sometimes expectations (fruit sorting, stand organization, customer service, etc) can be unclear.
Management always seemed to not be around when she was most needed.
Lastly, if you don't go to the owner's church or Messiah College, there's a pretty good chance you won't get job.
