Pros
The company has a good benefits plan including vision & dental. Coworkers are fairly nice and the environment is comfortable.
Cons
Wages are very low and raises are even lower if they come at all. Leadership is young and make knee jerk and unwise decisions on what they spend their money and how they treat good employee's often dismissing them on a whim.
