Pros
Well run and constantly growing company. They hire good quality people, it's a pleasure to work in such a positive environment.
Cons
The constant growth is a two-edged sword. It opens up opportunities, but as they reached a certain growth point it also has changed the feeling to more of a big-time company that is more rules-driven, and less intimate and individual focused. Sometimes it seems criteria for company culture is not appropriately focused on the results of what the employee can bring and is used to push employees out.
