Some good people - sadly most of them are leaving.

None of the managers are capable at managing people. They are tech people who were promoted without any managerial training. Employee issues get swept under a rug, there are feuds that the entire building knows of, yet no manager handles. Morale is terrible, worse since acquired by Duravant. Top manager is useless. There is no training given.
