The company has a great set of values and vision! Overall morale is great. Business is growing so it is rarely boring. This is definitely not a job that makes me watch the clock all day like other jobs I have had. I would say that I enjoy work. I feel motivated, supported, and trusted in my role. Relationships between owners, management, and staff are healthy and positive.

Days off are difficult to plan because of emergency work orders and staffing issues. The schedule can be a little unpredictable some weeks.

Great family atmosphere, great people to work for. All of the employees come together for each other. Mark (the owner) is very approachable for any issues that may arise.

Industry is not for me, one cannot guarantee the product. As a sales professional, that is an important factor. Janitorial companies are not able to guarantee that a cleaner will do their job night after night.
