      Pros

      Salary was the only reason to work there. When we were laid off, no 60 day notice was given as required by law.

      Cons

      It's the oilfield so we accept long hours and being away from our families but this company has no strong structure that you can rely on

      Benefits are decent and work from home is available.

      Cons

      Management is bipolar and constantly changing. Too much of a popularity contest to move up, management doesn’t want to get their hands dirty to thin the pack of the weak ones.
