      Good benefits, overtime availability, range of job functions and certifications, warehouse training and on the job learning was invaluable for employees

      Cons

      Middle management was inconsistent with warehouse policies and procedures as well as personnel fairness and equality. Upper management would listen and intervene when necessary

      The company has amazing benefits and allows you to truly exercise your abilities as a leaders.

      Cons

      The strong salesforce-driven culture create a very hostile environment between leaders trying to do what is best for the company, and salespeople just thinking about their commission and paycheck.
