      Pros

      I have joined as a fresher it is great experience when I joined. I had a great manager he really helps us out in every way possible.

      Cons

      People here are more concerned about others personal life instead of improving their owns. The most horrible account managers I have seen over here. They are always on breaks. They micromanage every recruiters not just there account managers and other admin members.

      The team members are exceptional, especially my manager, GP. He is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, consistently providing assistance and motivation. His leadership fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment, making it a pleasure to contribute to our shared goals.

      There are no cons when we have great culture.
