Pros

The option to work remotely from home or any other place.

Cons

- Very toxic environment to a point where you dread to wake up in the morning knowing that you will feel like the scum of the earth. - If you ever wanted to know the meaning of micromanaging this place is the definition of that, everyone is watching your every move and be assured you will be asked about it . - Exco team treat you like they are doing you a favour by you working there and that your salary is given to you like you are begging for it and not working for it. - Team members will back stab you without blinking an eye and everyone is brown nosing. - You will need a psychiatric assessment once you start working there that is how bad it is and you will definitely become depressed and they wont give a hoot about you.

Pros

* The office coffee is decent… that’s about it. * Some colleagues are nice, but you’ll spend most of your time questioning why you even showed up.

Cons

* Management is clueless and has no sense of accountability. Decisions are made arbitrarily and blame is passed down the ladder. * Work-life balance? Forget it. Expect endless hours with no recognition or compensation. * Promotions and raises are a joke—favoritism rules, and actual performance barely matters. * HR exists only to protect management, not employees. Complaints vanish into a void. * Culture is toxic: cliques, backstabbing, and a general sense that your contributions are meaningless.

Pros

They paid me what I asked for

Cons

I'm writing this as a very concerned onlooker of what employees at PMT have to endure. PMT have proved to host a pathological work environment with toxic culture utilising extreme micromanagement skills to force employees into submission. With a CEO that acts like a psychologist, and top management utilising Gaslighting tactics to elicit psychologically invasive and inappropriate responses from employees, to later use the information as ammunition in employee performance feedback. Staff meetings are hosted on a regular basis where employees are singled out, manipulated, humiliated and rediculed in front of the entire company as a means to exert control. Daily EOB (End of Business) reports need to include personal feelings of you as the employee, how you feel about the work, and is regulated in a very punitive manner as proof to be used against the employee in later discussion. Be very very careful of accepting employment at this company as the smell in the monkey cage has become normal to some, but a delusional structure void of contact with reality is what you can expect.
