Pros

- Leadership making smart moves to grow in a consistent, healthy way to keep current employees as happy as possible and avoid layoffs - Flexible work schedule - Good pay - Unlimited PTO (they've never said no to time off request) - Good health insurance with HSA match - 401K with match up to 4% - Potential RSUs - Recently introduced merit raise increases - Most departments have bonus structure - 6 week paternity leave - 3 month maternity leave - Can work remotely part of the week - Free snacks in office - Have fun company paid activities/parties throughout the year

Cons

- Growing pains as you would expect with a large growing company - Difficult market conditions have had their affect with slower growth and certain departments not performing as well and not as much room for career/salary growth - I'm currently in a department with no bonus structure (used to have one but it got dropped) so I hope that gets in place for my team

Pros

Incredible experience. I thought I'd be here for life but other opportunities arose. Management does care about your progress and they care about their employees. In my 10 year career they are by far the best employer I've worked for

Cons

1) Moving goal posts. Businesses change and I got put into a position I didn't sign up for. 2) There are only so many roles, if you can't get them, a natural consequence is turnover to competitors/other opportunities.

Pros

flexible/unlimited PTO, hybrid, good peers

Cons

middle and upper management, poor top company culture, frustrating raise structure/no annual raises, constant restructures, focus on AI over good work
