Pros

I learned a great deal during my time working there, with numerous opportunities and a wide range of responsibilities that made every day interesting. From concept drawings to detailed drawings, along with site visits and coordination with various disciplines, the experience was both diverse and valuable. It was a great learning environment, supported by an excellent team to work with.

Cons

Commuting through public transit to the job location gets tricky sometimes.

Pros

Working at Patry Inc. has been a rewarding experience. As a Leasing Agent, I feel genuinely respected by leadership and am given the autonomy to manage my workflow, which is rare to find. The team culture is excellent—everyone is supportive, and there’s a real sense of collaboration when we brainstorm new ideas internally. Exceptional Training: They invest in your success from day one. The onboarding and ongoing training are comprehensive. Collaborative Culture: The staff are a joy to work with. It’s a creative environment where management actually listens to your suggestions. People-Centric: If you love meeting new people, this is the perfect spot. I get to interact with a diverse range of clients every day. Balance of Tasks: You get the best of both worlds—working directly with the public and collaborating internally with a solid team.

Cons

High Admin Volume: The role involves a significant amount of paperwork and administrative tasks. You have to be very organized to keep up with the pace. Fast-Paced: Between constant client meetings and internal projects, the days go by incredibly fast, which might be a challenge for those who prefer a slower environment.

Pros

The job gave me exposure to different sites.

Cons

The biggest problem with this job was how much money it quietly took from you. I was on the road all the time using my own car, and every expenses came straight out of my pocket. The pay was already low, so watching my paycheck disappear into car expenses got old fast. On top of that, the place is toxic, and simple conversations could turn uncomfortable for no reason. Higher ups were abusive when things did not go their way, and support was almost nonexistent. I also saw things at certain sites that did not sit right with me, and some of it looked unethical. People were leaving as fast as new hires were coming in , and that tells you a lot.
