Pros

- Warm, friendly, nuturing office culture - Manager truly cares about the staff she supervises - Most of the staff are artists or come from an art background - Flexible shifts and remote/on-site hybrid office - Generally good-natured clients (art directors, box office staff, often skews older) - Supportive community (staff watch out for each other even when people make mistakes or a client is particularly rude/demanding) - Opportunity to learn useful arts admin skills - Strong product

Cons

- Quick turn around of staff as most are artists looking for a flexible but stable day job - Pay is entry-level, but after training, skill level is definitely not

Pros

CEO Eugene Carr is a true entrepreneur and leader. It's a pleasure to work with motivated and caring people. The overall culture is very positive and fun. Turnover is very low. Great teamwork. While there are a lot of remote workers, everybody feels part of the team and their voice is heard. Love this place! And BTW, we offer a terrific product.

Cons

long standard workday 9am-6pm although people are on different schedules.

Pros

Colleagues are passionate about the arts, very smart and a fun group of people. They value diversity and equity in hiring practices. Healthcare is okay and free if you are a single person

Cons

Very low pay for the level of work expected, management is constantly cutting corners and refusing to invest in growing skills. They are only interested in signing larger deals. There is a complete lack of accountability for salespeople who don't understand how the system works and close sales based on misunderstandings. The company has never offered a 401k match of any kind, for the past 2 years, the company has decided it was too much money to have a real holiday party, so they decided to hold it online, in the office.
