Pros

Patrick Ta Beauty is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can truly grow in your career. While the team is small, there’s a lot of opportunity to get involved in different areas of the business. The leadership team is very supportive and collaborative giving employees the chance to explore various facets of the company, whether it’s operations, marketing, or product development. It’s a great place to build your skills and advance your career if you’re proactive and eager to learn. The team is incredibly welcoming and friendly. People are always willing to lend a helping hand, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie. The work can be challenging at times due to the size of the team, but that also makes every day feel rewarding, and you know your contributions really matter. Everyone is passionate about the brand, and there’s a real sense of teamwork.

Cons

Since the team is small and still growing, we work in the office four days a week.

Pros

Decent company provided employee product perks. Work here only if you desire long hours and no boundaries between work and personal time.

Cons

Any overly positive reviews appear to be written by management since the company's board members were concerned of the negative (but true) reviews. If you’re considering a role in the creative or marketing departments, I strongly advise against it. Leadership does an excellent job presenting the company as well-organized during interviews, but in reality, it’s in a constant state of pure chaos. During my time here, I’ve seen several highly talented employees leave due to the lack of structure and support, especially within the marketing team, which also oversees creative. The environment is extremely stressful and toxic, and despite raising concerns, leadership listens without taking meaningful action. Management tends to be reactive rather than proactive, which creates ongoing confusion and severe inefficiency. Communication is scattered across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, email, Slack, and text messages, which is disorganized and unprofessional especially for tracking cross-functional communication and timelines, yet continues to be the accepted way of operating.
