Pros

Decent company provided employee product perks. Work here only if you desire long hours and no boundaries between work and personal time.

Cons

Any overly positive reviews appear to be written by management since the company's board members were concerned of the negative (but true) reviews. If you’re considering a role in the creative or marketing departments, I strongly advise against it. Leadership does an excellent job presenting the company as well-organized during interviews, but in reality, it’s in a constant state of pure chaos. During my time here, I’ve seen several highly talented employees leave due to the lack of structure and support, especially within the marketing team, which also oversees creative. The environment is extremely stressful and toxic, and despite raising concerns, leadership listens without taking meaningful action. Management tends to be reactive rather than proactive, which creates ongoing confusion and severe inefficiency. Communication is scattered across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, email, Slack, and text messages, which is disorganized and unprofessional especially for tracking cross-functional communication and timelines, yet continues to be the accepted way of operating.

Pros

Can’t think of any pros

Cons

Patrick Ta hardly attended meetings, showing up to work whenever he felt like and throwing a wrench in projects despite having no idea what was going on. He creates an unprofessional atmosphere of fear, everyone is constantly terrified of being fired. CEO Kimberly enables his horrible work ethic and disrespectful attitude, which seems to also take a toll on her. Instead of using her leadership to create a positive work environment, she takes her stress out on her team. Both of them need to work on emotional regulation and treating their employees with respect. Neither should be in positions of power.
