Pros

He over pays most positions in an attempt that you’ll take the money and the abuse

Cons

He lies, a lot. I was let go for not being able to reconcile an entire year’s worth of transaction in under four months, on top of all of the other “urgent” “emergent” tasks that seem to come up in a daily basis. I got 2022 caught up which was a disaster all by itself and sent off the to tax CPA. I have proof that I did my job correctly.

Pros

I had a great experience working at this firm. The attorney is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best attorneys I have had the opportunity to work for and alongside. The pay is competitive and consistent with industry standards, and the bonuses are very rewarding. This is an environment where you are expected to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative. In return, the amount of knowledge and hands-on experience you gain is invaluable, especially for someone wanting to grow in litigation and trial work. While I have seen negative reviews posted online, my personal experience was very different. I found that the firm holds employees to high standards and expects honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding place to work, and I learned a tremendous amount during my time there.

Cons

This is not an environment for someone who needs constant supervision or direction. The workload can be demanding, and high performance is expected consistently. Employees are expected to be proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The standards are high, which may not be the right fit for everyone, especially those looking for a slower-paced or more structured environment.
