Pros
Very intelligent, hard working and helpful people. Benefits included salary and bonus. For a few years due to the challenging economic climate and lack of focus, bonus was (very) limited. There is no focus on training / career development since cost cutting is always on the senior management's mind.
Cons
Bureaucracy, focus on profits, no training / career development. The mid-senior management just dont want to work with one another.
