      Pros

      Great people, solid company. Fun atmosphere and team oriented. Open door policy with management that's willing to listen. Paid for my insurance and matched my retirement. Sick and vacation time given.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, can get stressful at times.

      Its a great place to work it's Family Owned and they truly care about the employees would definitely recommend this place of employment.

      Cons

      None Really maybe the high Temperature in the warehouse in the summer time but that's any warehouse in this desert
