Great company - QA Lead Pathwwway Employee Review

As my first "real job" after graduating university, I felt that Pathwwway gave me a great deal of confidence and experience that has been invaluable to my career. I left due to relocation, but would happily have stayed had my personal situation allowed. As part of a busy team (be prepared to put in the hours), we were all encouraged to think for ourselves to solve the problems that inevitably arise within this role, but help was always there when needed, and I never felt pressured to perform beyond my capabilities.

Hard to say, as I have no frame of reference compared to other companies, this being my first!

A fun, progressive workplace with a good understanding of work and life balance. Projects are well managed and there is a strong teamwork ethic.

Not using all my creative skills to their fullest potential.
