      Management has always been lacking. There's a big turnover for management and they style always tends to change

      -Unionized -Good pay -great colleagues

      Cons

      -executive management is out of touch -teams are getting cut down to the absolute bare minimum -ratio of leadership to employees is nearly 1:2, very bloated.
