      Unsafe environment to work in, lots of gossip through the group home and favouritism of individuals supported. HUGE lack of support from management.

      Pros

      The work week is normal plus u get days off like school and bonus checks for no reason

      Cons

      They are rude they don't help they don't like if u ask questions they disrespect u and expect u to be ok with it. They have pop up meetings when it's almost time to go home.
