Pros
Great co-workers who really strive to do everything for the students. Great students...best part was getting to know the students as human beings and being able to build strong relationships with them. Barely any grading or lesson planning. Lots of creative freedom!
Cons
A good amount of paperwork and administrative work due to the fact that they are contracted with CPS. Leadership can be unorganized and lack proper communication to staff. Very low academic rigor for students...it was easy (for students and teachers) to fall into the trap of low expectations.
