great but stressful - Support Worker Pathway Healthcare Employee Review

I have enjoyed being a Pathway Healthcare employee.

I have had no bad with Pathway Healthcare I have enjoyed 6 years

Had a few good employees, and one MD who actually cared about the patients.

The company is financially and morally corrupt. They are disorganized, have ZERO training for anyone and blame it on the person themselves. The amount of fraud within this company is astonishing how they keep it up. The turnover rate is exceptionally high. They will pile task on task for you to do, without ever raising your pay. Due to them being in a financial hole, they will not up your pay and will make excuses as to why and fire you for asking for a pay raise. The job has no serious management and zero communication.
