Great staff great incentives teamwork

In the past we were able to get overtime but not any longer also the insurance is expensive

Some supervisors were excellent (Jesse primarily)

Lack of training and support, being forced to work over 60 hours a week due to staff having to cover no call no shows, high turnover, a very hands on environment as far as restraining, very few steps would be taken to deescalate before “wrapping up” a client as the supervisors called it. Staff putting their hands on and verbally abusing clients and getting away with it. This is single handedly the worst agency I have ever worked for. After seeing how they operate, I actively discourage any clients on my new caseload from referring here for inpatient.
