Long shifts if you're lucky. Sometimes they'll work with your schedule. The Christmas party is usually pretty good.

Excessive driving, no raises, no room for advancement, no job training. The CEO is known for taking on the worst possible clients and then never training employees to work with them. They require excessive driving, sometimes as much as 80 miles from your home, with no compensation for miles, gas, and wear and tear on your vehicle. As long as they are making money, they don't care at all about employees well being or happiness. Communication with employees is laughable. You will only be contacted if they need something from you.

People are very nice and you get to learn what marketing is all about in this position. Great place to start a career.

Office is boring and the layout is old school. There are fewer perks than expected for such a large company with huge budgets/clients.
