      Unlimited PTO Benefits Executive team is nice Maternity leave

      Cons

      Pay is horrible - not competitive, bonus is not the greatest. All depends on manager, there has been high turnover in the atlanta office / something is definitely off there. The women are very cliquey and stick to their click. Also not enough people of color in higher positions. Very stagnant. They have the potential to improve this but idk

      Pros

      Nice office building and location. Some good employees. Challenging work.

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaged! A lot different from what I came from where there was a lot of freedom. Low pay compared to industry. Feel like you are on call 24/7. Tax leaders are not good leaders and not good to work for. Not what I signed for.
