Good environment. People work together. Off-site meeting was good this year (2022). Benefits have improved over my time here and are quite decent for a small company.

Have to work hard. A lot of us pull a lot of hours. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of.

Interesting business with possibly large impact.

I'm concerned about the profile of the founders and the priorities of the organization being built. I'm concerned about their approach to legal & regulatory compliance (or lack thereof). This business will directly affect patient safety and outcomes, and I worry that the team is not adequately working to manage the promises that have been made. I'm concerned that the company is regularly prioritizing growth over patient safety, with general recommendations coming from leadership that recommended cutting corners and avoiding the hard problems that need to be worked on. This shouldn't be a growing pain, but perhaps that's all that it will be. I believe that the company may succeed in spite of my concerns and that things can improve.
