Good working relations with upper management.

Performance reviews were not given in a timely manner.

Flexible schedule; the work load is not bad for the Molecular Dept but heavy in the Clinical Dept.

Some have a lot of work, while others have time to spend on the internet/smart phones. The company is top heavy and the upper management makes a lot of money comparing to the worker bees. The upper management does not seem to care about the worker bees. No raise for the last 3 years.
